Terms of use draft

Baseline rules for using Vaak accounts, organization features, and AI-assisted training tools.

Draft based on current product behavior. Last updated October 12, 2026.

Scope of the service

Vaak provides communication-training tools including voice coaching, AI roleplay, interview practice, assignable learning journeys, progress tracking, and organization membership controls.

These draft terms describe the current product behavior and baseline responsibilities for using the service. They are intended as a factual legal draft, not a negotiated enterprise agreement.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your signed-in Vaak account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure.

Organizations inside Vaak are role-based. Owners, admins, managers, and learners do not have the same permissions. You must use only the permissions granted to your role.

Acceptable use

You may use Vaak for lawful training, coaching, learning, and internal team-development purposes. You may not use the service to interfere with other users, bypass access controls, scrape restricted data, or submit content that you do not have the right to use.

AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for any business, training, or employment decision made from those outputs.

Organization content and ownership blockers

Organization owners are responsible for maintaining an accountable owner role for shared organizational data and settings.

Because of that shared responsibility, self-data deletion is blocked while your account still owns an organization. Transfer ownership or remove the organization first, then retry deletion from Settings → Privacy.

Availability and product changes

Some features depend on live AI or external infrastructure and may be rate-limited, unavailable, or changed over time.

Vaak may update these draft terms as product behavior changes. The public legal pages should be refreshed when the product's actual data handling or feature set changes.
