What this covers
Vaak's courses, lessons, drills, quizzes, roleplay scenarios, personas, briefs, scoring rubrics, learning paths, coaching prompts, interface text, illustrations and generated session reports (together, "Vaak Content") are created, curated and owned by Vaak (Stuffle) or its licensors, and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and equivalent laws in other countries.
Your own recordings, transcripts, notes and reflections remain yours. This policy is about the material Vaak provides to you.
What you may do
Use Vaak Content inside the Vaak app for your own learning, and inside your organization if your plan or organization covers you.
Print or export your own session reports and certificates for personal records, job applications and internal reviews.
Quote short excerpts with attribution to Vaak when discussing or reviewing the product.
What you may not do
Copy, scrape, download in bulk, screen-record for distribution, or otherwise reproduce Vaak Content outside the app.
Republish, sell, sublicense, or share Vaak Content on other platforms, courses, documents, social media or file-sharing services, whether free or paid.
Use Vaak Content, including scenarios, personas, prompts or rubrics, to build, train, fine-tune or evaluate another product or AI model.
Share your account, or use automated tools to extract content, bypass plan limits or access paid content without a plan.
What we may do if this policy is breached
Suspend or permanently close the accounts involved, without refund of any prepaid period, and remove the organization's access where an organization is responsible.
Send takedown notices to hosting providers, marketplaces, search engines and social platforms, including notices under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its intermediary rules, and under the DMCA or equivalent laws abroad.
Seek remedies available under copyright and contract law, which may include injunctions, damages, accounts of profits and recovery of legal costs, and report serious or repeated infringement to the appropriate authorities.
Keep access and activity records as evidence of misuse, in line with our privacy notice.
Reporting misuse
If you see Vaak Content published or sold elsewhere, email support@stuffle.io with a link and, if you can, a screenshot. We don't share who reported it.
For permission to use Vaak Content in a way this policy doesn't allow (for example, in training material for your company), write to support@stuffle.io before you use it.
About this draft
This is a draft policy written in plain language. It reserves Vaak's rights; it does not limit any right Vaak has under applicable law, and it may be updated as the product and our legal agreements develop. Where a signed agreement with your organization says something different, that agreement applies.
